The customer support sent me a simple file that you run as administrator, restart the system and then it works. x) Something like a cache, similar to a browser history. To anyone who had the same problems as me (graphics and text not loading, unable to click on things): I had to reset the DNS information stored on my laptop. You were right! Their first suggestion didn't work at all, but their second attempt at helping me worked perfectly fine. The only requirement is that if you created your account on Steam it needs to be linked to WG's website which is also quite easy. For the armory it's just armory.worldofwarships.(your regional extension). I'm not sure of the dockyard address tho I'm pretty sure there is one. Also if you know where the rewards are, you can click them and get them anyway. You can also try the web browser and see if it's better. It's one of the reasons I like this game well enough to bother with being a moderator! I've contacted them many times over the years and I can't think of one time I was disappointed. I opened a support ticket but I don't have any expectations, based on previous experiences with customer support on the internet in general.
